The challenge
How to move from AI exploration to effective adoption in organizations? Most, if not all organizations recognize AI's potential, but still face challenges translating that interest into concrete, viable solutions aligned with their institutional challenges. Gaps in capabilities, data, governance, organizational culture, and clarity on how to implement and scale these technologies hinder the transition from pilots and experimentation to sustainable, scalable initiatives that generate value. The challenge was to design a practical methodology to navigate that path: understand capabilities, identify a real challenge, design an AI solution, and define how to advance toward implementation and scaling.
Value delivered
The workshop turned interest in artificial intelligence into concrete value initiatives. Through a learn-by-doing methodology, participants went from institutional diagnosis and real challenge identification to conceptual AI solution design, incorporating data, governance, culture, feasibility, prototyping, and scaling criteria. As a result, each team left with a structured solution and an initial implementation roadmap, along with a support agent, tools, and methodologies they can continue using to advance from exploration to effective and responsible AI adoption in their institutions.
